2018 marks the second year of Racial Justice NOW!’s culturally relevant curriculum and culturally responsive schools campaign. In the first quarter RJN! and the West Dayton Youth Task Force (WDYTF) hosted education professionals in a series of webinars and national education conferences.

This special section highlights Quarter I of the Culturally Relevant Curriculum & Culturally Responsive Schools Campaign with webinars facilitated by world renown educators that specialize in African Centered teaching.

RJN! is sweeping the country with this very critical tool for educators, reshaping the narrative around students of African descent and reframing the response of educators and administrators to dismantle the implicit bias that pushes too many Black children out of school and into the criminal justice systems.
